The Committee on Political Subdivisions moves to amend the bill on page 2, line 5, after the word "authorized" by striking the period and inserting in lieu thereof a comma and the words, "with the following amendments:
On page 5, section 7.3, after the word, 'workers' by inserting a comma and the following words, 'of differing political affiliation,'."
